Thank you for purchasing from Rebellions Boutique Leather Company. Each of our leather goods is handmade with care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, grain, or craftsmanship are natural and not considered defects.

To start a return, please email us at rebellionsboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [your email/contact form] with a photo of the issue and your order number.

 

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
